The results are in!

After a grueling marathon of self-administered, timed, multiple-choice tests, I have my NCAS results. (That's National Career Aptitude System, according to this book I'm using.) There are six tests for six aptitude categories. My results stack up like so:

BUSINESS: WELL ABOVE AVERAGE

CLERICAL: SUPERIOR

LOGIC: VERY SUPERIOR

MECHANICAL: HIGH AVERAGE

NUMERICAL: HIGH AVERAGE

SOCIAL: SUPERIOR

Go ahead and try to describe me without using some term like "socially superior" or "superiorly social." Go ahead. I'll wait. ... Did you come up with all-knowing trash heap? Me too! Hence the Marjorie icon.

I think the most important thing I learned about myself is that I really, really like taking timed, multiple-choice tests. Also, though I really, really like it, I still suck at math. Damn.

The most entertaining part is that my cluster with a four-year degree recommends both News Reporter and Religious-Activities Director as potential career paths. Not bad for someone with an asinine degree in English Writing (concentration in Journalism) and a laughable minor in Religious Studies.
